Ah, Fall. It’s my favorite season. You might know a Fall PSL as a Pumpkin Spice Latte, but this Fall, the PSL of a Fearless Dragon Writers’ Workshop is a Playful Space to Learn! Yes, I created Fearless Dragon Writers for children to have a PSL (a Playful, Pleasing, Phenomenal … dare I say … Space to Learn)! So, let’s get to it….
In this 6-week FALL 2026 Kids’ (In-Person) Writing Workshop, we will explore a DIFFERENT AUTHOR/BOOK EACH WEEK as we inspire writing through themed writing lessons. In these uniquely FUN writing lessons, we read a mentor text (a popular children’s book) and then write using Fearless Dragon Writers’ Original Writing Worksheets, where children find playful prompts to support that day’s Writing Concept! Writing Concepts demonstrate ways to strengthen and improve writing. Children are inspired to WRITE THEIR OWN CREATIVE STORIES and travel wherever their imaginations take them!
We end each session by SHARING our STORIES in a SUPPORTIVE SETTING and PLAYING WRITING GAMES—all while learning and laughing together. These are truly unique writing classes designed to inspire all types of writers—reluctant writers included!
This SECTION MEETS ON THURSDAYS from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. — IN-PERSON (in Fanwood, New Jersey, My Home Studio) for 6 weeks on the following dates:
October 15, October 22, October 29
November 12, November 19
December 3
All writers (ages 8 – 12) are welcome!
(We skip Nov. 5 and Nov. 26 since those dates are school holidays.)
Also note: Make-up classes are available if your child has to miss a class.
Registration is first-come, first-served. Class size is limited. Fanwood, New Jersey, Home Studio location will be provided after registration is received. PLEASE FILL OUT THE ENTIRE REGISTRATION FORM. Thank you!
