In this 6-week Kids’ Writing Workshop, we will explore a DIFFERENT AUTHOR/BOOK EACH WEEK as we take inspiration from the joys of Spring: themes of Spring travel, sports, fashion, weather, and Spring’s bright colors—all explored through books! We will ‘Spring Into Writing’ – together, gathering confidence week-by-week to WRITE OUR OWN CREATIVE STORIES from FUN PROMPTS! We will SHARE our STORIES in a SUPPORTIVE SETTING and PLAY WRITING GAMES—all while sharing, learning, and laughing together.
This SECTION MEETS — IN-PERSON — ON THURSDAYS from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. (in Fanwood, New Jersey) from May 9th – June 20th *. (*We skip June 13.) All writers ages 8 - 13 are welcome—Reluctant Writers Included!
